In paragraph 6 in D'Acci 2019 Isobenefit Urbanism is applied to a British rural village.


"We can then have Isobenefit village, Isobenefit town, Isobenefit city or Isobenefit megacity according to the population density and size reached. Density is not fixed, not even suggested. In fact, we can have, according to preferences, an Isobenefit settlement entirely made up of cottages, or of skyscrapers, it does not matter, as long as the proximity to natural land, daily needs and centralities is provided, and the latter are interconnected by efficient public transports ideally leaving free the land (i.e. sky trains and undergrounds)."
